A message from the Worshipful Master

As hard as it is to believe, we have already entered October and the season of Fall. While we prepare for the days to get shorter and the temperature a little cooler, we are reminded that though the seasons may change and the year is close to ending, the family, fellowship, and brotherhood of our Craft and Appendant bodies will never go away; Manasseh Lodge is a place where all Masonic company can call home and they will always be welcome. Even though we are in the final quarter of 2026, Manasseh Lodge still has plenty going on this month. Besides our normal Stated Communication, we will be having a Masonic Family Day down in Richmond, a Table Lodge, a Trunk or Treat, and a Called Communication to initiate a new brother into our Craft.

Our September meeting was very busy, but it couldn't have gone better. Another delicious dinner was prepared by Destiny Court Amaranth Grand Court & Means and I again want to thank them for doing that. Following that, we had a very moving Memorial Service for our dearly departed Brother, Paul Ebert. We had a very educational and entertaining presentation by Brother William Ochester of Warren Lodge #310 in Collegeville, PA in character and in costume as Provincial Grand Master Benjamin Franklin. Lastly, I again would like to congratulate our Senior Steward, Brother Henry Mottesheard, on achieving his Lifetime Membership In Perpetuity status.

This October, we will have a very wonderful dinner prepared by our newly installed chapter of our Prince William DeMolay Appendant body. During our Stated Communication, we will be having a program given by our District Instructor of Work, Worshipful Brother Tom Costis. The title of the program will be called Ritual Training Camp: Building Champions the Lombardi Way.
