Scholarships

This scholarship form is designed to be filled out by computer. Various sections are filled in with default selections already filled in, which can be changed, to either "Yes" or "No" by clicking on the desired selection on the form. In order to save the completed application to your computer, you must be using the latest FREE version of Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Other selections within the application may be selected in similar fashion. Additionally, the application can be e-mailed to your college dean or the Manasseh Lodge Scholarship Chairman after completion.

It is highly recommended that applicants download the FREE program, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Install the program to your computer, then download the scholarship application from the Manasseh Lodge Web Site. Ensure you open the scholarship application with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC vs the web browser, which will ensure that you will be able to save the file to your local computer.
