Brethren and Friends of Manasseh Lodge 182,

 

I'm very excited to continue on as your Worshipful Master as we enter the month of April. Time for the cold weather to depart and for the bright and warm sunshine to take its place. This will usher in opportunities to not only have Springtime events here at the Lodge but the chance to have some extracurricular fun activities outside of it as well. 

 

Our March Stated Communication was another memorable one, starting off with a wonderful, delicious dinner prepared by Destiny Court #14 Order of the Amaranth, so once again my thanks go to them and to their Royal Matron, Jo Sanderson, and a special thanks to the members of the Costis Family who prepared our meal: Right Worshipful Bill, Lady Cherry, and Worshipful Tom. For the meeting, we had 2 entertaining and educational programs, one on Royal Arch prepared by Manassas RA Chapter #81 and one on Masonry In Chains given by Worshipful Matt Parker ofNC. We also had the honor to once again receive RW Eric Rebels, Grand Historian for the Grand Lodge of NJ, in the East.

 

Our April Stated Communication will consist of the usual business, and will include a program given by Right Worshipful Robert Johnson of Waukegan Lodge #78 in Illinois. He will present a program entitled Masonic Pub Crawl: Colonial Freemasonry.

 

This month’s dining will be an excellent dinner provided by Amanranth Grand Court Means And Ways.
