     Manasseh Family, I am again wishing you a very Happy and safe Summer, and hope that you are all taking this time to rest and refresh yourselves whenever possible. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support and grace our Lodge with the presence and assistance!

     July’s Stated Communication was fantastic, and a special and most heartfelt thanks goes out to Brother Matt Parker, from Wendell Lodge in North Carolina, who gave us an inspired and truly thought-provoking presentation! A very special thanks to our resident chef de cuisine, Brother Reza Nejad, who provided us with a delightful dinner, and there was much fellowship that evening. Thank you again for taking time out of your summer to join us last month!

     August will be one of the rare “quiet” months here at Manasseh Lodge, so please take this time to enjoy your vacations (or your kids’ vacations), and prepare for the shorter days of Fall, as they are right around the corner!

     A big congrats to the Ladies of Manassas Assembly No. 13, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, for what was an amazing installation, and a personal note of support and love to my daughter, Miss Maribel Martinez, who was installed as Worthy Advisor last month.

     Our youth groups will be hosting a Game Night at the Lodge on August 20th, for friends, families, and anyone interested in learning about our Masonic family! Our August Stated Communication will be the same day, where we will hold a special daytime Communication and a celebration for all our 25-Year Masonic Veterans.

May the Great Architect of the Universe continue to keep you, hold you in His embrace, surround you with Hope, and share with you the blessings of Brotherly Love and genuine Affection
