Greeting from the East
February was another busy month for Manasseh Lodge and our Masonic Family. It truly is “good and pleasant for Brethren to dwell together in unity”. 

Super Bowl Party
We kicked off the month with our 3rd Annual Super Bowl Party. The KC Chiefs won the game, but the real winners were those that attended our party. We had a huge “tailgate” smorgasbord of delicious and “healthy” dishes and desserts. The Super Bowl Trivia pre-game competition was fierce but young Nate Martinez won both rounds of the contest. 

DDGM Official Visits
Our Feb Stated Meeting was highlighted by the official of the District Deputy Grand Master for the 4th Masonic District: Peter Stewart Jensen. The 4th District was well represented too with all seven Worshipful Masters present. 

The Manasseh Brethren travelled to several of RWB Pete’s Official Visits throughout the 4th District to show our support and appreciation for our hard-working District Deputy Grand Master.

Entered Apprentice Degree
On Feb 17th, Jeff Hayes was regularly initiated as an Entered Apprentice. Our JW, Brother Doyle Meadows, did an amazing job presiding in the East. It was a great way for Jeff to begin his Masonic journey and we are all very excited about welcoming him into Masonry. 

4th District Ritual School
On Feb 19th, Manasseh Lodge hosted this month’s District Ritual Class. Brother Joe Martinez got a chance to demonstrate his impressive ritual skills by presiding in the East for the Fellowcraft degree. Manasseh Lodge had 11 brothers in attendance inspiring words of praise from our District Instructor of Work, John Phillips PM. The Lodge Officers have logged many hours of practice with our LIW, Rt. Worshipful Costis, to maintain the tradition of exemplary Masonic Ritual at Manasseh Lodge.
